St Philomena’s RC Primary School has benefited greatly from a contract to replace the existing timber framed windows with Matrix PVC-u windows and doors. The existing frames had deteriorated over time and were giving only minimal protection from the outside elements the introduction of the new PVC-u frames has greatly improved the quality of the school. The head teacher was delighted in the manner in which Sovereign carried out the works and was particularly impressed by the product quality and attitude of the workforce.

This three storey block is situated in a regeneration area close to the new Wembley Stadium. The scheme comprises a three storey block of flats accessed from a central residents entrance.
The large storey height frames fitted to each flat have greatly improved the thermal efficiency as well as helping towards a reduction in noise pollution levels. Multiple opening lights in each frame gives the resident the option to control airflow into their property.
The London Borough of Brent chose to use aluminium casements manufactured from profiles supplied by SAPA Building Systems.

To enhance the appearance of this building the client selected a co-extruded profile in cherrywood from the Veka Matrix range. Residents of the scheme are delighted with the improved thermal insulation and greater flexibility they have in controlling ventilation into their properties.
Contrasting against the external brickwork the cherrywood frames have raised the visual attractiveness of the scheme which is a benefit to both residents and client. All frames fitted in vulnerable locations comply with BS:7950.
