Communication and IT are constantly being improved and new innovations are tested regularly to ensure that our agents in the field can be contacted and given up to date information immediately it becomes available. Currently we can offer a Contact Tracking System, which gives an overview from survey to handover on an estate/block basis. This can be emailed each week to interested parties to demonstrate the progress made. This can also be customised to suit as required. Similarly, Proposed Works Programmes can be produced and emailed in the same way as above to allow the client to follow scheduling as it progresses.

We are currently conducting research and development in the area of PDA's or Palm-type products, to enable our key personnel to receive and send emails directly, even when they are away from their desks or mobile, so that important issues can be acted on and resolved without delay.
